About This Programme
MGPO works to build and strengthen inclusive Community Institutions at the grassroots level. These institutions serve as platforms for collective decision-making, resource management, and self-governance. Special emphasis is placed on women and youth participation, ensuring that marginalized voices are heard and represented in community development processes.
