Foundation Stone Laid for Flood Protection Wall in Burdas Village
With support from PPAF, MGPO launched construction of a vital flood protection wall to safeguard Burdas Village in Ghanche.
With generous support from the Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF), MGPO has laid the foundation stone for a vital flood protection wall in Burdas Village, District Ghanche. The wall, once completed, will protect over 150 households and their agricultural land from seasonal flash floods that have historically caused significant damage to the community. The construction employs local labor and incorporates community input on design and placement.
